CASONNA Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
Most CASONNA garments are semi-custom pieces personally produced by Casonna Gibson. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on garments or other merchandise. Please review the product description, sizing, and any agreed custom details before purchasing, and contact us with questions before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact casonnag@casonna.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available so we can review it and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please contact us before sending an item back. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Consultation fee
The $100 consultation fee is non-refundable. It is credited toward the purchase price of your custom garment if you proceed. If you do not continue beyond the consultation, the fee is forfeited and will not be refunded.

Sewing classes
Class payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling must occur within 30 days. Contact CASONNA to arrange rescheduling.
